As the CEO of Preferred Pathways, I provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the organization, ensure high-quality services and full compliance with applicable regulations, including DODD standards. I oversee operations, financial performance and staff development while fostering community partnerships and advancing the organization’s mission and growth.

As the Director of Programming and Community Outreach at Preferred Pathways, I oversee the development, implementation and quality of all program services, ensuring they meet individual needs and comply with DODD regulations. This role also leads community engagement efforts, builds partnerships, and promotes awareness to expand opportunities and support for the individuals served.

​As the Director of Ancillary Services, I oversee vocational habilitation at our Fostoria Division, Community Employment Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance.

As the Residential Manager, I am here to assist individuals and their families with setting up services in their home and in the community.

As the Preferred Pathways nurse, I provide safe care in a supportive environment  while working hand in hand with staff overseeing and teaching proper medication administration and daily care.
